Inleiding
Haaks op de weg gelegen WOONHUIS, in ambachtelijke stijl gebouwd rond 1860 en waarschijnlijk rond 1890 verlengd. Naar verluidt is het pand als schoenmakerswerkplaats in gebruik geweest.
Omschrijving.
Op langwerpige grondslag en in baksteen opgetrokken verdiepingloos pand dat gedekt wordt door een aan achterzijde afgewolfd zadeldak belegd met hollandse pan; in het zuidelijke dakschild twee schoorstenen. Een symmetrisch ingedeelde topgevel met centraal een opgeklampte deur met snijwerk in het bovenlicht; aan weerskanten een 6-ruits schuifraam met strekken. Topgevel met 4-ruits schuifraam met strekken. De onregelmatig ingedeelde noordgevel bevat twee 6-ruits schuiframen met strekken en in het aangebouwde deel een deur met bovenlicht en nog eens een 6-ruits schuifraam. De zuidelijke zijgevel heeft tal van oude gevelfragmenten en een kelderraam met diefijzer en daarboven een 4-ruits opkamerraam.
Waardering
Woonhuis van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de herkenbaarheid van de hoofdvorm en de zeldzaamheid van een dergelijke langgerekte bouwvorm. Tevens is het pand van stedebouwkundig belang als belangrijk onderdeel van de in structureel opzicht gave omgeving.

DWELLING HOUSE set at right angles to the road, built in craftsman style around 1860 and probably extended around 1890. According to accounts the property was used as a shoemaker's workshop.
Description.
Based on an elongated ground plan and built in brick, a single-storey building which is covered by a gabled roof curved at the rear and covered with Dutch tile; in the southern roof slope two chimneys. A symmetrically arranged stepped gable with centrally a clamped door with carved work in the fanlight; on either side a 6-pane sash window with stretchers. Stepped gable with 4-pane sash window with stretchers. The irregularly arranged north gable contains two 6-pane sash windows with stretchers and in the adjoining section a door with fanlight and again a 6-pane sash window. The southern side gable has many old facade fragments and a cellar window with burglar bars and above it a 4-pane casement window.
Valuation
Dwelling house of architectural-historical significance because of the recognisability of the main form and the rarity of such an elongated building form. Moreover the property is of urban design significance as an important component of the structurally intact surroundings.
