In 1921 door J.B. van Loghem in opdracht van zijn broer F.H. van Loghem met gebruikmaking van rationalistische en functionalistische stromingen in de Nederlandse architectuur, ontworpen, geheel vrijstaand WOONHUIS, genaamd 'Goldersgreen'.
Het is gebouwd met verdieping onder flauwhellend tentdak, deels opgetrokken in baksteen - bij wijze van borstwering - deels in hout, met gepotdekselde delen doorbroken vele gelijkvormige vensters met glas-in-lood-ramen, per twee, drie en zes gekoppeld en bij de hoeken omgezet, op een vrijwel vierkante grondslag met teruggerooide gevels op de NW-, ZO- en ZW-hoek en een uitgebouwde schoorsteen - breed gemetseld en beneden voorzien van een gebeeldhouwde naamsteen - in het midden van de Z-gevel een tweede schoorsteen midden op het dak aan de N-zijde. De ingang bevindt zich in het midden van de O-gevel met lage stoep en luifel; een zij-ingang met geprofileerde deur bevindt zich onder het kleine overstek geheel rechts in de Z-gevel die hier op de hoek van een steunbeer is voorzien, terwijl onder het grote overstek aan de ZW-zijde zich de toegang tot het terras bevindt. De houten bovenbouw steunt op smalle balken waarvan de rechte uiteinden in het zicht zijn gelaten. Zowel metsel- als houtwerk zijn zorgvuldig gedetailleerd, met inbegrip van het omringende lage tuinhek, met bakstenen pijlers en houten hekken, bij een uiterst sobere vormgeving.
Woonhuis vanwege de architectonische vormgeving en de plaats binnen het oeuvre van de architect van belang als bijdrage tot de ontwikkeling van de Nederlandse bouwkunst rond 1920.

Description
In 1921 designed by J.B. van Loghem on behalf of his brother F.H. van Loghem making use of rationalist and functionalist currents in Dutch architecture, entirely detached RESIDENCE, named 'Goldersgreen'.
It is built with an upper floor under a gently sloping tent roof, partly built in brick - as a parapet - partly in wood, with rendered parts broken by many similar windows with leaded glass panes, coupled in pairs, threes and sixes and turned at the corners, on an approximately square ground plan with recessed facades on the NW, SE and SW corners and an extended chimney - broadly built with brick and below provided with a carved nameplate - in the middle of the S facade a second chimney in the middle of the roof on the N side. The entrance is located in the middle of the E facade with a low stoop and canopy; a side entrance with a moulded door is located under the small overhang at the far right in the S facade which here at the corner is provided with a buttress, whilst under the large overhang on the SW side is the access to the terrace. The wooden upper structure is supported on narrow beams of which the straight ends are left exposed. Both masonry and woodwork are carefully detailed, including the surrounding low garden fence, with brick piers and wooden gates, with an extremely austere design.
Residence by virtue of the architectural design and its place within the architect's oeuvre is of significance as a contribution to the development of Dutch building art around 1920.
