Omschrijving
Uit de achttiende eeuw daterend (schuurgedeelte gedateerd 1758) VAKWERKHUIS (oorspronkelijk boerderij) op L-vormige plattegrond, woongedeelte met verdieping en onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldaken.
Woon- en schuurgedeelte hebben een voet van breuksteen, ongeschilderd stijl- en regelwerk en witgeschilderde, met leem gevulde vakken. Het woongedeelte (nok haaks op de straat) heeft op de begane grond en de verdieping kleine zesruits draairamen (op de begane grond met luiken) en in de noordoostgevel twee deuren, waarvan een met vierruits bovenlicht.
Het schuurgedeelte, met zadeldak tussen puntgevels en nok evenwijdig aan de straat, heeft in de zuidoostgevel hoge, rechtgesloten deeldeuren, een staldeur met het jaartal 1758 en evenals in de overige gevel kleine vensters. Het huis is in de jaren 1976-1981 gerestaureerd.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm, de bescheiden gevelopeningen en de samenhang met de omgeving een goed en representatief voorbeeld van achttiende-eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
TIMBER-FRAMED HOUSE (originally a farmhouse) dating from the eighteenth century (barn section dated 1758) on an L-shaped plan, dwelling section with an upper floor and covered with red Dutch tiles on gabled roofs.
Dwelling and barn sections have a base of rubble stone, unpainted posts and beams and whitewashed clay-filled bays. The dwelling section (ridge perpendicular to the street) has small six-pane casement windows on the ground floor and upper floor (with shutters on the ground floor) and in the north-east facade two doors, one of which has a four-pane fanlight.
The barn section, with a gabled roof between pointed gables and ridge parallel to the street, has tall straight-closed part-doors in the south-east facade, a stable door with the date 1758 and likewise small windows in the other facade. The house was restored in the years 1976-1981.
Because of the construction, the main form, the modest window openings and the coherence with the surroundings, a good and representative example of eighteenth-century timber-frame building and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
