BAKSTENEN TRAP. Rode bakstenen trap van 6 treden in de ZO-hoek van de historische aanleg, die naar het tegen de achtermuur van het park gesitueerde langwerpige smalle rechthoekige bordes leidt. De trap, die in de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw werd gebouwd, is nog deels van de originele bekleding van slakken voorzien en maakte deel uit van een ornamentele compositie met ondermeer een rustica-formatie van slakken en enkele trappen op de overgang van het park van Blumenthal en het park ten zuidoosten hiervan (thans openbaar park); deze compositie is thans nauwelijks meer herkenbaar.

Description
BRICK STAIRCASE. Red brick staircase of 6 steps in the SE corner of the historical layout, which leads to the elongated narrow rectangular landing situated against the rear wall of the park. The staircase, which was built in the second half of the 19th century, is still partly provided with the original covering of shells and formed part of an ornamental composition with among other things a rusticated formation of shells and several staircases on the transition of the park of Blumenthal and the park to the southeast of this (now public park); this composition is now barely recognisable.
