Omschrijving
MARIA-BEELD IN NIS OP SOKKEL. Staande Maria-beeld uit ca. 1900, opgesteld in een op een rechthoekige stenen sokkel geplaatste nis met monumentale stenen onder- en achterbouw. De nis is voorzien van een wimberg met kleine pinakels en is aan de open voorzijde door een spitsdriepasboog omlijst. In de wimberg en op de gebogen afdekplaat van de sokkel eikenloof in reliëf. Nis, beeld en sokkel zijn op een predella-achtige onderbouw geplaatst, die haaks overgaat in een rechthoekige achterbouw. Even boven de nis wordt de achterbouw door een zadeldak met een haaks erop geplaatst zadeldak-schild aan weerszijden bekroond. In de naar voren gerichte topgevel een rozet en een driehoekig veld met licht gebogen zijden met in het veld een lint in reliëf met een onleesbaar geworden spreuk.
Het beeld is aan het eindpunt van de hoofdas van de parkaanleg aan de achterzijde van het huis geplaatst.

Description
MARY STATUE IN NICHE ON BASE. Standing Mary statue from circa 1900, placed in a niche with monumental stone lower and rear construction placed on a rectangular stone base. The niche is provided with a gable with small pinnacles and is framed at the open front by a pointed trefoil arch. In the gable and on the curved cover plate of the base oak leaves in relief. Niche, statue and base are placed on a predella-like substructure, which turns at right angles into a rectangular rear construction. Just above the niche the rear construction is crowned on either side by a gabled roof with a gabled roof panel placed perpendicularly on it. In the forward-facing gable a rosette and a triangular field with slightly curved sides with in the field a ribbon in relief with an illegible inscription.
The statue is placed at the endpoint of the main axis of the park layout at the rear of the house.
