Omschrijving.
Dubbele rij van oorspronkelijk vierentwintig rug-aan-rug gebouwde woningen uit 1840-1841, op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit een bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekte mansardedak. De rug-aan-rug woningen zijn telkens doorgebroken en samengevoegd tot een woonhuis. De deuren zijn paarsgewijs aangebracht en de vensters bezitten negenruitsramen. De dakkapellen zijn voorzien van vierruitsramen. Tussen de nummers 20 en 21 bevindt zich een doorgang. De eindgevel aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht is aan de bovenzijde licht geknikt en voorzien van vlechtingen en een stucdecoratie langs de daklijst. Voorts in de eindgevel boogvormige vensterprofielen op de zolderverdieping; een cordonlijst en een blindvenster tussen vensters met negenruitsramen op de begane grond. Aan weerszijden wordt de gevel afgesloten door geblokte pilasters. De binnentuintjes worden aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht afgesloten door een laag bakstenen muurtje met heg en gemetselde pijlers. Waardering.

Double row of originally twenty-four back-to-back built dwellings from 1840-1841, on a rectangular plan, consisting of one storey under a mansard roof covered with tiles. The back-to-back dwellings are each broken through and joined together into one dwelling. The doors are arranged in pairs and the windows have nine-pane frames. The roof dormers are fitted with four-pane windows. Between numbers 20 and 21 there is a passage. The end gable on the side of the South-West Singelgracht is slightly bent at the top and provided with wickerwork and stucco decoration along the cornice. Furthermore in the end gable arched window profiles on the attic storey; a string course and a blind window between windows with nine-pane frames on the ground floor. On either side the facade is closed off by bloused pilasters. The interior courtyards are closed off on the South-West Singelgracht side by a low brick wall with hedge and mortared piers. Evaluation.
