Omschrijving.
Rij van twaalf voormalige diaconiewoningen uit 1882, gebouwd in een traditionele bouwstijl. Deze rij werd in dezelfde bouwstijl toegevoegd aan de serie van de vijf dubbele rijen uit 1840-1841. De woningen, op rechthoekige plattegrond deels met achteraanbouw, bestaan uit een bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt mansardedak. De deuren zijn paarsgewijs aangebracht en de vensters bezitten negenruitsramen. De dakkapellen zijn voorzien van vierruitsramen. De eindgevel aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht is voorzien van een stucdecoratie langs de daklijst, rozet-ankers, een boogvormig vensterprofiel op de zolderverdieping en een negenruitsvenster met geblokte strekken op de begane grond. De gevel bezit een stenen plint en wordt aan weerszijden afgesloten door bakstenen pilasters. De binnentuintjes worden aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht afgesloten door een laag bakstenen muurtje met heg en gemetselde pijlers. Waardering.

Row of twelve former diaconate dwellings from 1882, built in a traditional architectural style. This row was added in the same architectural style to the series of five double rows from 1840-1841. The dwellings, on a rectangular plan partly with rear extension, consist of one storey under a mansard roof covered with tiles. The doors are arranged in pairs and the windows have nine-pane frames. The roof dormers are fitted with four-pane windows. The end gable on the side of the South-West Singelgracht is provided with stucco decoration along the cornice, anthemion wall anchors, an arched window profile on the attic storey and a nine-pane window with bloused stretches on the ground floor. The facade has a stone plinth and is closed off on either side by brick pilasters. The interior courtyards are closed off on the South-West Singelgracht side by a low brick wall with hedge and mortared piers. Evaluation.
