KOETSHUIS. Aan het voorplein gelegen in rode baksteen opgetrokken koetshuis onder met grijze pannen gedekt afgeplat schilddak uit de laatste kwart van de 18e eeuw. Vermoedelijk is het koetshuis omstreeks 1786, toen het muurwerk rond het voorplein tot stand kwam, gebouwd. Het grondplan van het koetshuis staat voor het eerst geregistreerd op de Kaart van de Havezathe Bingerden door H. van Heijs uit 1791.
Voorplein(zuid-)zijde: centraal een dubbele deur met 16-ruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden hiervan een deur met enkel-ruits (links) en dubbel-ruits (rechts) bovenlicht. Aan de uiteinden van de gevel een schuifvenster met 4-ruitsindeling en een schuifvenster met een 3-ruitsindeling. Deze vensters zijn gevat in een kozijn waarvan het lijstwerk aan de bovenzijde naar opzij en aan de zijkanten naar onderen rechthoekig uitzwenkt. Deze ingehouden ornamentele omlijsting en de indeling van deze vensters in 4 ruiten dateren waarschijnlijk uit de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw, toen ook de oranjerie en de rentmeesterswoning van dergelijke kozijnen en vensters werden voorzien. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een kroonlijst (met simaaslijst), die aan de overige gevels omgaat. De achtergevel is identiek aan de voorplein-gevel. Oostgevel: een bakstenen aanbouw onder lessenaarsdak uit ca. 1900. Aan het voorplein gaat deze aanbouw schuil achter het muurwerk, dat het voorplein omlijst.

Description
CARRIAGE HOUSE. Situated at the forecourt, carriage house constructed in red brick under a flattened hipped roof covered with grey tiles, from the last quarter of the 18th century. Presumably the carriage house was built around 1786, when the brickwork around the forecourt was constructed. The ground plan of the carriage house is first recorded on the Map of the Havezathe Bingerden by H. van Heijs from 1791.
Forecourt (south) side: centrally a double door with 16-pane fanlight. On either side thereof a door with single-pane (left) and double-pane (right) fanlight. At the ends of the facade, a sash window with 4-pane division and a sash window with a 3-pane division. These windows are set in a frame whose moulding at the top swings sideways and at the sides swings downward in a rectangular manner. This restrained ornamental framing and the division of these windows in 4 panes presumably dates from the second half of the 19th century, when the orangery and the steward's house were also provided with such frames and windows. The facade is terminated by a cornice (with cyma moulding), which continues on the other facades. The rear facade is identical to the forecourt facade. East facade: a brick extension under a lean-to roof from circa 1900. At the forecourt this extension is concealed behind the brickwork that frames the forecourt.
