Omschrijving
TRAP MET KEERMUREN. Rechte stenen trap met 12 hardstenen treden, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door brede rode bakstenen keermuren in drie haaks verspringende niveau's, die wellicht tevens diende ter expositie van potplanten. De trap leidt naar het hardstenen aan de voorzijde van de oranjerie gelegen bordes. Aan de linkerzijde grenst de trap met keermuren, die uit ca. 1815 dateren, aan de linker hoek voorzijde van de linker oranjerie-kas. De rechter keermuur is tegen de achterzijde van de westelijke broeikas gebouwd.

Description
STAIRCASE WITH RETAINING WALLS. Straight stone staircase with 12 hardstone treads, flanked on either side by broad red brick retaining walls in three perpendicular steps, which may also have served for the display of potted plants. The staircase leads to the hardstone portico located at the front of the orangery. On the left side the staircase with retaining walls, which date from ca. 1815, adjoins the left front corner of the left orangery greenhouse. The right retaining wall is built against the rear of the western forcing house.
