BAKSTENEN BRUG EN BALUSTRADE AAN HAGENDORENWEG. Rode bakstenen rondboogbrug over de buitengracht naar het aan de Hagendorenweg gelegen poortgebouw ten zuidwesten van de moestuin. De brug is aan weerszijden van een rode bakstenen balustrade met hardstenen afdekplaat voorzien, die ter hoogte van de Hagendorenweg haaks omgaat in een rode bakstenen balustrade met hardstenen afdekplaat, die tevens de straat naar de buitengracht keert. Twee rechthoekige bakstenen pijlers met hardstenen geprofileerde afdekplaat markeren de toegang over de brug naar het poortgebouw. Aan de NO-zijde eindigt deze balustrade tegen de moestuinmuur. Aan de ZW-zijde gaat de balustrade over in de door pijlers onderbroken balustrade aan de toegangsbrug naar het voorplein.

Description
BRICK BRIDGE AND BALUSTRADE AT HAGENDORENWEG. Red brick segmental arch bridge over the outer moat leading to the gatehouse situated at the Hagendorenweg to the south-west of the kitchen garden. The bridge is furnished on both sides with a red brick balustrade with stone coping, which at the level of the Hagendorenweg turns at right angles into a red brick balustrade with stone coping, which also borders the street towards the outer moat. Two rectangular brick piers with stone moulded coping mark the access over the bridge to the gatehouse. On the north-east side this balustrade terminates against the kitchen garden wall. On the south-west side the balustrade transitions into the balustrade interrupted by piers at the access bridge to the forecourt.
