Omschrijving
STALGEBOUW. Langwerpig rode bakstenen stalgebouw op rechthoekige grondslag, dat aan de omsloten hof aan de overzijde van het complex van paardestallen, poortgebouw en dienstwoning is gesitueerd. Het stalgebouw is overkapt door een met grijze pannen gedekt wolfsdak, waarvan de onderste schilden aan de onderzijde boogvormig uitzwenken. Aan de korte ZW-zijde sluit het stalgebouw haaks aan op de achtergevel van het voormalige koetshuis (thans woning). De naar het hof gekeerde ZO-gevel wordt onderbroken door een min of meer centraal gelegen fronton met deels in de gevel verzonken rondboog- luik. Centraal in de gevel twee segmentboog-vormige nissen ter weerszijden van voornoemd luik met in elk der nissen twee segmentboog-vormige vensters met 4-ruitsindelingen. Rechts van de nissen twee traveeën met op de verdieping in beide traveeen een segmentboog-vormig luik. In de linker travee beganegronds een segmentboog-vormige deur. De eindtravee aan deze zijde valt door de aanbouw ten noordwesten van de poort, die tot de stallen is door getrokken, buiten de omsloten hof en is in de moestuin gelegen. Links van de nissen een segmentboog-vormige en een halfrond 4-ruitsvenster met erboven segmentboog-vormige luiken; ertussen een segmentboog-vormige deur.
Moestuin (NO-)zijde: een centraal gelegen rechte deur met 2-ruits bovenlicht en mergelomlijsting.
NW-gevel: van links naar rechts twee 4- ruitsvensters, een deur, wederom twee 4-ruitsvensters en een deur, alle segmentboog-vormig. Boven laatstgenoemd venster een halfronde nis.
Het stalgebouw, dat uit ca. 1820 dateert, staat voor het eerst geregistreerd op het Kadastraal Minuutplan van de Gemeente Amstenrade uit ca. 1820-1830.

Description
STABLE BUILDING. An elongated red brick stable building on a rectangular ground plan, situated on the enclosed courtyard on the opposite side of the complex of horse stables, gatehouse and service dwelling. The stable building is covered by a half-hipped roof tiled with grey tiles, of which the lower roof sections curve outward in an arch shape at the bottom. On the short SW side, the stable building meets the rear facade of the former coach house (now residence) at right angles. The SE facade facing the courtyard is interrupted by a gable with a round-arch door partially recessed into the facade. Centrally in the facade two segmental arch-shaped niches on either side of the aforementioned door with in each of the niches two segmental arch-shaped windows with 4-pane divisions. To the right of the niches two bays with on the upper storey in both bays a segmental arch-shaped door. In the left bay on the ground floor a segmental arch-shaped door. The end bay on this side falls outside the enclosed courtyard due to the extension to the northwest of the gate, which extends to the stables, and is situated in the vegetable garden. To the left of the niches a segmental arch-shaped and a semicircular 4-pane window with above it segmental arch-shaped shutters; between them a segmental arch-shaped door.
Vegetable garden (NE) side: a centrally located straight door with 2-pane fanlight and marl surround.
NW facade: from left to right two 4-pane windows, a door, again two 4-pane windows and a door, all segmental arch-shaped. Above the latter window a semicircular niche.
The stable building, which dates from circa 1820, is first registered on the Cadastral Minute Plan of the Municipality of Amstenrade from circa 1820-1830.
