Omschrijving
(Joppelaan bij 110) KOETSHUIS ANNEX STAL. In rode baksteen opgetrokken koetshuis annex stal onder met Hollandse blauwe pannen gedekt zadeldak, waarvan het voorste (zuidwestelijk) gedeelte (koetshuis) iets hoger en breder is dan het achterste gedeelte (stal). De voor- en achtergevel van het koetshuis en de voorgevel van de stal zijn van een tuitstuk en van uitgeschraagde schouders voorzien. De rechtergevel van het koetshuis is wit gepleisterd. Voor(ZW-)gevel koetshuis: centraal een dubbele halfronde deur. Aan weerszijden een halfrond venster met 30-ruitsindeling. Op de eerste verdieping een halfrond dubbel luik met aan weerszijden een vooruitstekend stenen borstbeeld van een paardehoofd. In de topgevel een klein ovaal venster. In de ten opzichte van de stal iets uitzwenkende achtergevel van het koetshuis aan de NW-zijde een rond venster met 4-ruitsindeling. Voor(NO-)gevel stal: centraal een getoogde dubbele deur met aan weerszijden een getoogd schuifvenster met 6-ruitsindeling. In de topgevel een getoogd dubbel luik met links en rechts hiervan een slank getoogd 6-ruits venster. Het koetshuis annex stal werd in de jaren '60 van de 19e eeuw gebouwd, nadat in 1862 een van de bouwhuizen was afgebrand.

(Joppelaan at 110) COACH HOUSE ADJOINING STABLE. Coach house adjoining stable constructed in red brick with a gabled roof covered in Dutch blue tiles, of which the front (southwest) section (coach house) is somewhat higher and wider than the rear section (stable). The front and rear gables of the coach house and the front gable of the stable are provided with a spout gable and corbelled shoulders. The right gable of the coach house is plastered white. Front (SW) gable of coach house: centrally a double semi-circular door. On either side a semi-circular window with 30-pane glazing. On the first storey a semi-circular double shutter with on either side a protruding stone bust of a horse's head. In the top gable a small oval window. In the rear gable of the coach house, which projects slightly in relation to the stable, on the NW side a circular window with 4-pane glazing. Front (NE) gable of stable: centrally an arched double door with on either side an arched sash window with 6-pane glazing. In the top gable an arched double shutter with on either side a slender arched 6-pane window. The coach house adjoining stable was built in the 1860s, after one of the outbuildings burned down in 1862.
