Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING. In rode baksteen opgetrokken dienstwoning op T-vormig grondplan onder met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak, aan de korte zijden (zijkanten en achterkant) van trapgevels voorzien. Aan de zijkanten worden de trapgevels door een vierkante schoorsteen met piron bekroond. Het T-vormige grondplan is rond 1900 ontstaan, toen de toenmalige rechthoekige dienstwoning centraal vanuit de lange achterzijde werd uitgebouwd. Het voorste deel van de dienstwoning dateert waarschijnlijk uit de 17e eeuw.
Centraal gelegen aan de voor(NW-)gevel de ingangspartij, bestaande uit een deur met bovenlicht met 4-ruitsindeling. In de bovendorpel een zandstenen sluitsteen met mascaron. Ter weerszijden twee dubbele 6-ruitsvensters, voorzien van groen omlijste luiken, waarbinnen een geschilderd zandloper-motief in Bentinck-kleuren (blauw, wit). Op de nok, boven de centraal gelegen onlangs geheel vernieuwde dakkapel een ijzeren klokkestoel - waarin klok - met windvaan, uit de 19e eeuw of van ouder datum. Rechter zijgevel van het 17e-eeuwse gedeelte: een dubbel 6-ruitsvenster met luiken als boven. Linkerzijgevel: in de topgevel een luik met geschilderd zandloper-motief in Bentinck-kleuren (blauw, wit). Achtergevel: ter weerszijden van de aanbouw een venster met 6-ruitsindeling en luiken als boven. Aan elk der lange zijgevels van de aanbouw twee vensters met 6-ruitsindeling en luiken als boven. Achtergevel van de aanbouw een terrasdeur met venster met 6-ruitsindeling en 4-ruits bovenlicht en rechts hiervan een dubbel 6-ruitsvenster met luiken als boven. In de topgevel een venster met 4-ruitsindeling. Op de top van de trapgevel van de aanbouw een ijzeren windfaan met vergulde faan en staart uit ca. 1900.
De aanbouw is wellicht door de architect P.J. Cuypers ontworpen.

Description
SERVICE DWELLING. Service dwelling built in red brick on T-shaped floor plan under a gabled roof covered with grey tiles, provided at the short sides (side and rear) with stepped gables. At the sides the stepped gables are crowned by a square chimney with a chimney pot. The T-shaped floor plan came into being around 1900, when the then rectangular service dwelling was extended centrally from the long rear side. The front part of the service dwelling probably dates from the 17th century.
Centrally located on the front (NW) facade the entrance section, consisting of a door with fanlight with 4-pane configuration. In the upper lintel a sandstone keystone with mascaron. On either side two double 6-pane windows, provided with green-bordered shutters, with a painted hourglass motif in Bentinck colours (blue, white) within. On the ridge, above the centrally located recently completely renewed dormer a 19th-century or older iron bell cote - containing bell - with weathervane. Right side facade of the 17th-century section: a double 6-pane window with shutters as above. Left side facade: in the top gable a shutter with painted hourglass motif in Bentinck colours (blue, white). Rear facade: on either side of the extension a window with 6-pane configuration and shutters as above. On each of the long side facades of the extension two windows with 6-pane configuration and shutters as above. Rear facade of the extension a terrace door with window with 6-pane configuration and 4-pane fanlight and to the right of this a double 6-pane window with shutters as above. In the top gable a window with 4-pane configuration. On the top of the stepped gable of the extension an iron weathervane with gilded vane and tail from ca. 1900.
The extension was possibly designed by the architect P.J. Cuypers.
