Omschrijving
HEK OP BAKSTENEN DAM. Dubbel smeedijzeren hek met spijlen uit de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw, gevat in twee gecanneleerde pijlers met vlakke bovenzijde en op 6-zijdige sokkel met twee vleugelstukken met identieke spijlen. De vleugelstukken worden aan weerszijden geflankeerd door een slanke gecanneleerde pijler met voluutvormig smeedijzeren zijstuk. Deze pijlers zijn - afgezien van hun doorsnede - identiek aan de eerder genoemde pijlers. Het hek is geplaatst op de as van de aanleg aan de Lindelaan aan de oprit naar de overtuin op een gele bakstenen 18e- of vroeg 19e-eeuwse dam, waarvan de keermuren boogvormig uitzwenken.

Description
GATE ON BRICK DAM. Double wrought-iron gate with bars from the second half of the 19th century, set in two fluted pillars with flat top and on a 6-sided base with two wing sections with identical bars. The wing sections are flanked on either side by a slender fluted pillar with volute-shaped wrought-iron side piece. These pillars are - apart from their cross-section - identical to the aforementioned pillars. The gate is placed on the axis of the layout on the Lindelaan at the approach to the water garden on a yellow brick 18th or early 19th-century dam, the retaining walls of which swing arcuately.
