Inleiding.
Vrijstaande door een tuin omgeven eclectische villa uit 1883 op samengestelde plattegrond naar ontwerp van H. Wesstra jr.. De tuin wordt van de straat gescheiden door een authentiek ijzeren hekwerk. De aanbouw tegen de rechterzijgevel dateert uit 1903.
Omschrijving.
Het pand bestaat uit parterre en verdieping onder een omlopend met leien gedekt schilddak, vier vensterassen breed en twee vensterassen diep. De gevels zijn in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken met gepleisterde onderdelen zoals geblokte hoeklisenen en geprofileerde waterlijsten. De houten kroonlijst is gecornist. De drie vensterassen brede voorgevel is over de linker- en middelste vensteras risalerend uitgevoerd. In de rechteras is de ingang. De verdiepingsdeuren worden van boven beëindigd door een fronton en zijn voorzien van gietijzeren hekjes. De dakkapel links aan de voorzijde heeft gecanneleerde pilasters met houten voluten en een fronton met bekroning; de rechter dakkapel heeft twee zevenruitsvensters. De linker zijgevel heeft een verspringende rooilijn. Tegen deze gevel is een houten erker, waarboven een balkon met ijzeren hekwerk. Links daarvan is de gevel driezijdig uitgebouwd. De dakkapellen zijn hier voorzien van houten voluten. Tegen de rechter zijgevel is een in 1903 toegevoegde rechthoekige bakstenen uitbouw van een bouwlaag met plat dak.
