Inleiding.
Vrijstaande door een tuin omgeven eclectische villa uit 1885, gebouwd op samengestelde plattegrond naar ontwerp van de architect J.C. Mallee. Een ijzeren tuinhek op gemetselde voet vormt de begrenzing met de straat. Het pand is in 1992 gerenoveerd.
Omschrijving.
Het pand bestaat uit souterrain en twee bouwlagen onder een met shingles gedekte mansardekap. De gevels zijn in baksteen opgetrokken en wit gepleisterd met geblokte hoeklisenen. De houten dakgootlijst is gecornist en bezit guttae. De gevel aan de Hogeweg is drie vensterassen breed waarvan de linker twee risalerend zijn uitgevoerd. De risaliet heeft op de begane grond een gepleisterde, rechthoekige erker met twee houten openslaande deuren. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee houten T-vensters. De dakkapel heeft een tympaan, twee houten vleugelstukken en openslaande ramen. De terugliggende rechter vensteras heeft op de begane grond een voordeur met panelen en siertraliewerk uit circa 1900. Boven de ingang is een smeedijzeren Art Nouveau afdak. De dakkapel met openslaande ramen heeft twee houten vleugelstukken en een tympaan als beëindiging. Aan de achterzijde is in het hellende terrein een souterrain opgenomen. Tegen de achtergevel is een veranda met glazen dak, dakterras en balkon. Tegen de rechter zijgevel is ter hoogte van de verdieping een erker.
