Inleiding.
Helft van een rug-aan-rug gebouwde dubbele villa uit 1893 in neo-renaissance, ontworpen door P.F.W. Mouton. De villa wordt omgeven door een tuin. Een nieuw tuinhek op gemetselde voet vormt de begrenzing met de straat.
Omschrijving.
Villa bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder een met shingles gedekt afgeknot schilddak. De gevels zijn in baksteen opgetrokken en vertonen de voor neo-renaissance kenmerkende horizontale gepleisterde banden, negblokken, zware dakgootklossen, pinakels, diamantkoppen en voluten. De vensters hebben houten kozijnen. De gevel aan de Hogeweg heeft een vooruitspringende middenpartij met rijk gedecoreerde puntgevel. In het boogveld van het middenvenster op de verdieping is geschilderd lofwerk aangebracht met de naam van de villa. Links van de risaliet is een houten serre waarboven een balustrade met gesneden balusters. Tegen de rechtergevel is een uitspringende travee met ingangspartij.
Waardering.

The windows have timber frames. The facade on the Hogeweg has a projecting central section with richly decorated pointed gable. In the spandrel of the central window on the storey above painted carved work is applied with the name of the villa. To the left of the risalit is a timber conservatory above which is a balustrade with carved balusters. Against the right facade is a projecting bay with entrance section.
