Inleiding.
Linkerdeel van een vrijstaand bouwblok uit 1889 bestaande uit twee symmetrische herenhuizen omgeven door een tuin. De tuin wordt van de straat gescheiden door een ijzeren hek op gemetselde voet. Het herenhuis op samengestelde plattegrond in chaletarchitectuur is ontworpen door de architect P.J.W. Andreoli.
Omschrijving.
Het herenhuis bestaat uit parterre en verdieping onder een met leien gedekte samengestelde kap. De bakstenen gevel aan de Parkweg met hardstenen plint heeft gepleisterde sierbanden. De hoektravee is risalerend uitgevoerd en wordt beëindigd door een puntgevel met versierde windveer tegen het uitstekende chaletvormig beëindigende dak. Op de eerste een tweede verdieping zijn balkons met houten balustraden. Naar binnendraaiende deuren bieden toegang tot de balkons. Het teruggelegen deel van de voorgevel heeft op de begane grond een dichtgezet overdekt terras en op de eerste verdieping een overdekt balkon. In het dak is een dakkappel met overstekende kleine kap, beëindigd met een piron. Tegen de gepleisterde linker zijgevel is een ingangsportaal met glas-in-lood ramen, waarboven een houten erker afgesloten door een puntgevel. De houten dakranden gedragen door korbelen steken over en zijn van rijk houtsnijwerk voorzien. Het bordes tegen de achtergevel is recentelijk aangebracht.

The townhouse consists of ground floor and upper floor under a composite roof covered with slate. The brick facade on the Parkweg with a hardstone plinth has plastered decorative bands. The corner bay is executed as a risalit and is terminated by a gabled roof with decorated wind vane against the projecting chalet-style terminating roof. On the first and second storeys are balconies with wooden balustrades. Inward-opening doors provide access to the balconies. The recessed part of the front facade has a boarded-up covered terrace on the ground floor and a covered balcony on the first storey. In the roof is a roof dormer with projecting small roof, terminated with a finial. Against the plastered left side facade is an entrance portico with leaded-glass windows, above which a wooden oriel closed by a gabled roof.
