Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws huis, gedateerd 1637, met twee bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder onder het achterste deel.
Dit pand is wat betreft de voorgevel, met uitzondering van de onderpui, en het casco, waarvan met name de kap, volledig oorspronkelijk. De kap is een sporenkap met eiken spanten met twee jukken.
De voorgevel is een schijngevel waarachter de kap voor een groot deel schuil gaat. In het midden is een gevelsteen met de tekst "Anno 1637" aanwezig.
De achtergevel is een 19e eeuwse ingezwenkte halsgevel bekroond door een lijst.
Het pand is een vrij compleet voorbeeld van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Description
A 17th century house, dated 1637, with two storeys, a roof perpendicular to the street and a cellar under the rear part.
This property is, as regards the front facade, with the exception of the shop front, and the casco, of which in particular the roof, completely original. The roof is a roof truss structure with oak rafters with two couples.
The front facade is a false facade behind which the roof is largely concealed. In the centre is a facade stone with the text "Anno 1637" present.
The rear facade is a 19th century inset neck gable crowned by a cornice.
The property is a fairly complete example of simple yet harmonious architecture.
