Een 17e eeuws huis van twee bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat en een, dichtgeworpen, kelder.
Dit pand is met uitzondering van de onderpui een vrijwel gaaf 17e eeuws huis. Aanwezig zijn nog de moer- en kinderbalklagen, de grenen sporenkap en de voor- en achtergevel.
De achtergevel is een complete 17e eeuwse tuitgevel met natuurstenen dekplaten. De kozijnen in de achtergevel zijn de oorspronkelijke, met name de twee ongeschonden kloosterkozijnen op de zolder. Op de verdieping zijn de, duidelijk herkenbare, kruiskozijnen in de 19e eeuw gewijzigd. De verbinding tussen de beganegrond en de zolder wordt gevormd door de oorspronkelijke spiltrap.

Description
A 17th century house with two storeys, a roof perpendicular to the street and a, filled-in, cellar.
This property is, with the exception of the shop front, a virtually intact 17th century house. Still present are the main and secondary beam layers, the pine roof truss structure and the front and rear facades.
The rear facade is a complete 17th century spout gavel with natural stone coping. The window frames in the rear facade are the original ones, in particular the two intact cloister windows on the attic. On the first floor the, clearly recognizable, cross windows were altered in the 19th century. The connection between the ground floor and the attic is formed by the original spiral staircase.
This property is significant as an intact 17th century example of simple yet harmonious residential architecture.
