Een vroeg 17e eeuws pand, tegenwoordig gekoppeld met Voorstraat 66, bestaande uit een voorhuis van twee bouwlagen, een kap evenwijdig aan de straat en een niet toegankelijke kelder. Bovendien een achterhuis gelegen aan de Breedstraat van drie bouwlagen en een kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Hoewel dit huis vooral een 17e eeuws karakter heeft, zijn delen van oudere aanleg aanwezig. Vooral de sporenkap met eiken gebinten getuigt hiervan.
De voorkap is in de 18e eeuw gelijktijdig met die van Voorstraat 66 vernieuwd. De rest van het casco van het voorhuis dateert evenals de voorgevel uit het begin van de 17e eeuw. Op de rechter zijgevel staat een markante grote schoorsteen.

Description
An early 17th century property, nowadays coupled with Voorstraat 66, consisting of a front house with two storeys, a roof parallel to the street and an inaccessible cellar. Moreover a rear house situated on the Breedstraat with three storeys and a roof parallel to the street.
Although this house is primarily of 17th century character, parts of older construction are present. In particular the roof truss structure with oak trusses testifies to this.
The front roof was renewed in the 18th century at the same time as that of Voorstraat 66. The rest of the casco of the front house dates, like the front facade, from the beginning of the 17th century. On the right side facade stands a striking large chimney.
This house is, together with Voorstraat 66, of special character because of its two-sided positioning. It is situated both on the Voorstraat and on the Breedstraat, with emphasis on the Voorstraat side.
It is important from a construction history perspective because of the assembly of building components of different dates.
