Omschrijving
Een vrij gaaf bewaard 17e eeuws klein huis, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met een kap loodrecht op de straat en een vlak gedekte kelder onder het achterste deel.
Het casco, met uitzondering van de voorgevel, is nog origineel met moer- en kinderbalklagen op de beganegrond en de verdieping.
In de 18e eeuw is het huis naar achteren uitgebreid met een keukenaanbouw. Hierbij zijn ook de voor en achtergevel afgeknot en van een 18e eeuws uiterlijk voorzien.
Het pand is bouwhistorisch van belang als eenvoudige woonhuisarchitectuur.

Description
A relatively well-preserved 17th century small house, consisting of two storeys with a roof perpendicular to the street and a flat-ceilinged cellar under the rear part.
The structural frame, with the exception of the front facade, is still original with principal and secondary beam layers on the ground floor and first floor.
In the 18th century the house was extended to the rear with a kitchen extension. At the same time the front and rear facades were cut back and given an 18th century appearance.
The building is of building-historical importance as simple domestic architecture.
