Omschrijving
Een middeleeuws huis van twee lagen, een kap evenwijdig aan de straat, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Oorspronkelijk vormde dit huis een geheel met Oudegracht 405. De kap over beide panden bestaat uit eiken spanten met telmerken en sporen.
De moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken met peerkraalprofiel zijn op beide bouwlagen nog origineel. Na de afsplitsing van Oudegracht 405 is een achterbouw aangebouwd. De kelders zijn vrijwel geheel middeleeuws.
Het pand is in samenhang met Oudegracht 405 van belang als bescheiden middeleeuws huis dat het einde van de Oudegracht karakteriseert. Bovendien is het van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
A medieval house of two storeys, a roof truss parallel to the street, a cellar and a yard cellar.
Originally this house formed one unit with Oudegracht 405. The roof over both buildings consists of oak rafters with carpenters' marks and traces.
The principal and secondary beam layers with keypieces with pear-bead moulding are still original on both storeys. After the separation of Oudegracht 405, a rear extension was added. The cellars are almost entirely medieval.
The building is important in connection with Oudegracht 405 as a modest medieval house that characterises the end of the Oudegracht. Moreover, it is of building-historical importance.
