Omschrijving
Een middeleeuws huis van twee lagen, een kap evenwijdig aan de straat, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Oorspronkelijk vormde dit huis een geheel met Oudegracht 407. De kap over beide panden bestaat uit eiken spanten met telmerken en sporen.
Ook de balklagen behoren tot de oorspronkelijke opzet.Na de, waarschijnlijk vrij vroege, splitsing van de beide panden is in de 18e eeuw een achterbouw aangebouwd. De kelders zijn middeleeuws met enige 18e eeuwse herstellingen in het gewelf.
Het pand is in samenhang met Oudegracht 407 van belang doordat het met de bescheiden omvang het einde van de Oudegracht karakteriseert. Bovendien is het van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
A medieval house of two storeys, a roof truss parallel to the street, a cellar and a yard cellar.
Originally this house formed one unit with Oudegracht 407. The roof over both buildings consists of oak rafters with carpenters' marks and traces.
The beam layers also belong to the original structure. After the, probably quite early, division of the two buildings, a rear extension was added in the 18th century. The cellars are medieval with some 18th century repairs to the vault.
