Een pand van twee bouwlagen met een zadeldak met de nok loodrecht op de straat en een kelder.
Het huis is van middeleeuwse oorsprong, de voorgevel is mogelijk uit de eerste helft van de 17e eeuw. Op de verdieping is het pand drie traveeën breed, op de beganegrond heeft het een winkelpui. De kelder loopt evenwijdig aan de rooilijn en is in de middeleeuwen een geheel opgezet, twee vakken breed met troggewelven op een centrale gordelboog. Reeds in de middeleeuwen is de anderhalf steens gordelboog dichtgemetseld en kreeg het oostelijke vak een tongewelf loodrecht op de straat. De voorste 2,5 meter zijn later nog eens vernieuwd. In een later stadium is de gordelboog weer doorbroken voor een poortje. Beide vakken hebben een kelderlicht naar de straat waarvan er minstens een ook als keldertrap heeft gefungeerd. Het rechthoekige muurvlak dat hier onder het troggewelf overblijft heeft in het midden een 44 cm diepe muurkast met houten bovendorpel. Rechts en links bevinden zich een grote nis onder een halfronde boog met een diepte van 80 cm. Deze drie nissen behoren tot de oorspronkelijke opzet. De verhoogde bodems hebben latere plavuizen. De functie van de nissen is niet duidelijk.
Het pand heeft architectonische waarde en is van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
A property of two storeys with a saddle roof with the ridge perpendicular to the street and a cellar.
The house is of medieval origin, the front facade is possibly from the first half of the 17th century. On the first floor the property is three bays wide, on the ground floor it has a shop front. The cellar runs parallel to the building line and was set up as a whole in the Middle Ages, two bays wide with barrel vaults on a central arched brace. Already in the Middle Ages the one-and-a-half brick arched brace was bricked up and the eastern bay received a barrel vault perpendicular to the street. The front 2.5 metres were later renewed again. At a later stage the arched brace was broken through again for a small door. Both bays have a cellar light to the street, at least one of which also served as a cellar staircase. The rectangular wall surface that remains here under the barrel vault has in the middle a 44 cm deep wall cupboard with wooden lintel. On the right and left are a large niche under a semicircular arch with a depth of 80 cm. These three niches belong to the original layout. The raised floors have later tiles. The function of the niches is unclear.
