Omschrijving
Middeleeuws dwarshuis van twee bouwlagen, twee vakken breed met restanten van dragende houtconstructie. De beganegrond heeft een 19e eeuwse insteek.
De twee vakken brede opzet komt duidelijk tot uiting in de gave middeleeuwse kelder met troggewelven op een gordelboog. In de rechter keldermuur bevinden zich twee kaarsnissen. Op de verdieping zijn van het zware middelste gebint de muurstijl, de moerbalk met een sleutelstuk en een fors korbeel bewaard.
Aan de voorgevel is, mogelijk bij een vernieuwing van de verdieping, de constructie in de 17e eeuw gewijzigd. De moerbalk wordt nu opgevangen door een zeer lang grenen sleutelstuk met een fors ojief (zonder korbeel en muurstijl).
Links liggen de kinderbinten vermoedelijk direct in de muur. Van het rechter gebint is een deel van de moerbalk en muurstijl waarneembaar. De beganegrond heeft een 19e eeuws karakter door de insteek die met een reeks ramen op de winkelruimte uitziet. Boven die insteek is een enkelvoudige balklaag evenwijdig aan de straat aangebracht, die naast vuren enkele zware eiken balken bevat, alles als secundair gebruik. De voorste eiken balk heeft aan beide zijden gaten voor korbelen en links een gemenageerd peerkraalsleutelstuk met afgeschuinde wangen. Mogelijk behoorde deze oorspronkelijk tot de samengestelde balklaag boven de beganegrond.
Het zadeldak met rechts schild is modern.
De lijstgevel is twee vakken breed, wit gepleisterd met natuursteen imitatie en heeft een fraai 19e eeuwse winkelpui met centrale ingang met daarvoor twee treden. Boven deur en ramen gebogen kalven en een hoofdgestel gedragen door vier gesneden consoles. In de plint bevinden zich twee kleine kelderlichten.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van architectonische waarde.

Description
Medieval transverse-plan house of two storeys, two bays wide with remains of load-bearing timber construction. The ground floor has a 19th-century insertion.
The two-bay-wide layout is clearly expressed in the well-preserved medieval cellar with barrel vaults on an arched brace. In the right cellar wall are two candle niches. On the first floor, the wall post, the collar beam with a keystone and a substantial corbel from the heavy central truss are preserved.
At the front facade, possibly at a renewal of the first floor, the construction was modified in the 17th century. The collar beam is now supported by a very long deal keystone with a substantial ogee moulding (without corbel and wall post).
On the left the subsidiary trusses presumably lie directly in the wall. From the right truss a part of the collar beam and wall post is visible. The ground floor has a 19th-century character through the insertion which opens via a series of windows onto the shop space. Above this insertion a simple beam layer parallel to the street has been installed, which contains several heavy oak beams alongside deal, all as secondary use. The front oak beam has holes on both sides for corbels and on the left a shaped pear-craal keystone with bevelled flanges. This possibly originally belonged to the composite beam layer above the ground floor.
The saddle roof with half-hipped roof on the right is modern.
The cornice-topped facade is two bays wide, white plastered with imitation natural stone and has a fine 19th-century shop front with central entrance with two steps in front. Above door and windows curved bands and a lintel supported by four carved consoles. In the plinth are two small cellar lights.
The property is of architectural-historical importance and of architectural value.
