Omschrijving
Pand van middeleeuwse oorsprong, thans voorzien van een ingezwenkte halsgevel uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het betreft hier een in opzet grotendeels gaaf bewaard eenlaags huis.
De moerbalken met peerkraalsleutelstukken op de beganegrond zijn nog alle aanwezig. De balken zijn aan de rechterzijde ingelegd in de muur van het buurpand.
De achtergevel bezat vermoedelijk een top maar is nu afgeknot. Bij het aanbrengen van de voorgevel is de oorspronkelijke kap vernieuwd en uitgebouwd tot verdieping.
Het pand is van groot bouwhistorisch belang voor wat betreft de middeleeuwse bouwdelen. De voorgevel is van architectonisch belang.

Description
A property of medieval origin, now provided with an inset neck gable from the first half of the 19th century, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street.
This is essentially a single-storey house in layout which has been largely well preserved.
The tie beams with pear-bead keystones on the ground floor are all still present. The beams are jointed into the wall of the neighbouring building on the right side.
The rear facade presumably had a gable but is now cut off. When the front facade was added, the original roof was renewed and extended to form a storey.
The property is of considerable architectural importance with regard to the medieval building components. The front facade is of architectural interest.
