Omschrijving
Een van oorsprong middeleeuws huis, thans bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de straat, met een ingezwenkte halsgevel van ca 1800.
Het oorspronkelijke huis had slechts een bouwlaag met kap en was mogelijk onderkelderd. In de 17e eeuw werd het huis met een laag verhoogd waarbij de originele achtergevel werd aangevuld met behoud van de middeleeuwse topgevel.
Deze topgevel werd in 1902 nogmaals verhoogd bij een verbouwing van de zolder.
Kort na 1800 werd de voorgevel; vervangen door een klokgevel met natuurstenen dekplaten en empire ramen. Het pand is door zijn verhoudingen een gaaf voorbeeld van middeleeuwse zijstraat bebouwing.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang voor wat betreft het casco van voor 1902 inclusief de voor en achtergevel.

Description
A house of originally medieval origin, now consisting of two storeys and a roof truss structure perpendicular to the street, with a bevelled neck gable of c. 1800.
The original house had only one storey with roof truss structure and was possibly cellared. In the 17th century the house was raised by a storey whereby the original rear facade was supplemented with preservation of the medieval top gable.
This top gable was raised again in 1902 during an alteration of the attic.
Shortly after 1800 the front facade was replaced by a bell gable with natural stone cover slates and empire windows. The building is by its proportions a well-preserved example of medieval side street buildings.
The building is of constructional importance as regards the casco of before 1902 including the front and rear facade.
