Landelijk huis uit het begin van de 19e eeuw, bestaande uit een bouwlaag met de kap evenwijdig aan de straat en een vlak gedekte kelder.
Het betreft hier een eenvoudig buitenhuis dat mogelijk ook een beperkte agrarische functie heeft gehad.
Het huis is compleet en gaaf bewaard, het casco met enkelvoudige balklagen en een indeling van de kamers aan weerszijde van de centrale gang. Ook de kap is origineel.
De oude tuinaanleg is deels bewaard, dit geldt met name de leibomen.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang en van belang als voorbeeld van het eenvoudige type buitenhuis en tevens markant gelegen.
