Een pand uit het eerste kwart van de 19e eeuw, waarschijnlijk gebouwd als tuinderswoning, bestaande uit een bouwlaag en een zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan de straat en een kelder.
Naast de mogelijke agrarische functie heeft het huis ook enige jaren dienst gedaan als tolhuis. Het uiterlijk van het huis met de vensters met roedeverdeling, de deur, de luiken en de gootlijst is gaaf bewaard.
In het interieur zijn met name de enkelvoudige balklaag en de kap origineel.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang en tevens van belang als voorbeeld van een eenvoudig (tuinders) woonhuis.

Description
A building from the first quarter of the 19th century, probably built as a market gardener's cottage, consisting of one storey and a gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the street and a cellar.
Besides the possible agricultural function the house also served for some years as a toll house. The appearance of the house with the windows with glazing bars, the door, the shutters and the gutter line is well preserved.
In the interior particularly the simple beam layer and the roof truss structure are original.
The building is of architectural importance and also of importance as an example of a simple market gardener's cottage.
