Een in opzet 16e eeuws pand, dat oorspronkelijk deel uitmaakte van een complex huis, bestaande uit een breed voorhuis van een laag met kap evenwijdig aan de straat en twee achterhuizen met kappen loodrecht op de straat en topgevels. Dit complex bestaat thans uit de nummers Zilverstraat 34, 36 en 38.
Deze 16e eeuwse opzet is grotendeels bewaard gebleven, bij de bouw ervan is ouder muurwerk gebruikt uit de 15e eeuwse woningen.
De thans aan de hand van bouwsporen gereconstrueerde achtergevel vormt samen met die van nummer 34 een dubbel tuitgevel met ontlastingsbogen, vlechtingen, rollagen en schouders halverwege. De 16e eeuwse balklagen zij nog aanwezig.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang en tevens typerend en bepalend voor het historisch straatkarakter, met name in zijn samenhang met de panden Zilverstraat 34 en 36.

Description
A property of 16th-century layout which originally formed part of a complex house, consisting of a wide front building of one storey with roof parallel to the street and two back buildings with roofs perpendicular to the street and stepped gables. This complex now consists of the numbers Zilverstraat 34, 36 and 38.
This 16th-century layout has been largely preserved; in its construction older masonry was used from the 15th-century dwellings.
The rear facade, now reconstructed on the basis of structural evidence, forms together with that of number 34 a double spout gable with relieving arches, basketwork, rollwork and shoulders halfway up. The 16th-century beam floors are still present.
The property is of architectural importance and is also typical and determining for the historical street character, in particular in its connection with the properties Zilverstraat 34 and 36.
