Omschrijving
Pand van twee bouwlagen met steil zadeldak met wolfseinden, de nok loodrecht op de straat, qua opzet zeventiende-eeuws. Er horen twee achterhuizen bij die georiënteerd zijn op de Zilverbergspoort.
Op de begane grond heeft het pand Springweg 65 een diepe winkelruimte met er achter een (voormalige) woonkamer. De eerste verdieping is de woonverdieping en heeft zijn oudere indeling bewaard met voornamelijk houten wanden; voorkamer, achterkamer en tussenkeuken, met oude lichtkokers naar het dak, en oude schoorsteenpartij met kasten en turfhok. De voorkamer heeft ook de bedstedenwand behouden.
De zolder heeft een zeer steile grenen kap met vliering op hangbalken, oud schotwerk, de afgeschoten voorkamer is mogelijk negentiende-eeuws, en een oude tussenkamer met zeventiende-eeuwse bedsteedeur en oude bedstede. De kelder bestaat uit twee delen. Het voorste deel is negentiende-eeuws, het achterdeel is vermoedelijk zeventiende-eeuws en heeft een tongewelf loodrecht op de straat en in de achtermuur een getrapt beëindigde kaarsnis.
De voorgevel is in de achttiende of negentiende eeuw waarschijnlijk geheel vernieuwd.
Het achter Springweg 65 gelegen pand (achter een binnenplaats) is in de achttiende eeuw gebouwd als woonhuis, met twee grote ramen en een deur, aan de Zilverbergspoort. Het heeft een enkelvoudige balklaag en een grenen kap (schilddak) met de nok loodrecht op de rooilijn.
Achter Springweg 63 ligt ook een pand dat met de het voorgaande verbonden is en ook bij Springweg 65 behoort. Het telt twee bouwlagen en een kap met de nok loodrecht op de rooilijn. Vermoedelijk begin negentiende eeuw werd het aan de Zilverbergspoort gebouwd als rokerij en heeft deze oude indeling met kasten en grote schoorsteen partij bewaard.
De panden zijn van architectonisch belang en hebben bouwhistorische waarde.

Description
Property of two storeys with steep gabled roof with half-hipped ends, the ridge perpendicular to the street, in terms of layout seventeenth-century. Two rear houses belong to it which are oriented towards the Zilverbergspoort.
On the ground floor the property Springweg 65 has a deep shop space with a (former) living room behind it. The first floor is the residential floor and has preserved its older layout with mainly wooden partitions; front room, back room and intermediate kitchen, with old light shafts to the roof, and old chimney stack with cupboards and peat store. The front room has also retained the bed-alcove wall.
The loft has a very steep pine roof truss structure with a mezzanine on hanging beams, old partition work, the closed-off front room is possibly nineteenth-century, and an old intermediate room with seventeenth-century bed-alcove door and old bed-alcove. The cellar consists of two parts. The front part is nineteenth-century, the rear part is presumably seventeenth-century and has a barrel vault perpendicular to the street and in the rear wall a stepped-ended candle niche.
The front facade was probably entirely renewed in the eighteenth or nineteenth century.
The property situated behind Springweg 65 (behind a courtyard) was built in the eighteenth century as a dwelling house, with two large windows and a door, on the Zilverbergspoort. It has a simple beam layer and a pine roof (hipped roof) with the ridge perpendicular to the building line.
Behind Springweg 63 there is also a property which is connected with the preceding one and also belongs to Springweg 65. It comprises two storeys and a roof with the ridge perpendicular to the building line. Presumably at the beginning of the nineteenth century it was built on the Zilverbergspoort as a smokehouse and has preserved this old layout with cupboards and large chimney stack.
The properties are of architectural importance and have building-historical value.
