Omschrijving
Pand uit de eerste helft van de 16e eeuw, bestaande uit een bouwlaag met een kap evenwijdig aan de straat. Dwars hierop een achterhuis eveneens van een bouwlaag en de kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het betreft hier in oorsprong een pand dat gevormd werd door Zilverstraat 36/38 en 34. Nog in de 16e eeuw echter heeft dit pand een aantal verbouwingen ondergaan, waarbij het huis o.a. in twee afzonderlijke panden is gesplitst. Bij een van deze verbouwingen is tevens het achterhuis gebouwd. De achtergevel ervan vormt een opzet met die van Zilverstraat 34. Dit is een tuitgevel met schouders halverwege. Het pand is recent gerestaureerd.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang als voorbeeld van een klein, laat middeleeuws, huis en tevens bepalend voor het historisch straatkarakter.

Description
A property from the first half of the 16th century, consisting of a storey with a roof truss parallel to the street. Across this a back building also of a storey and the roof perpendicular to the street.
This originally concerns a property formed by Zilverstraat 36/38 and 34. However, already in the 16th century this property underwent a number of conversions, whereby the house was among other things split into two separate properties. During one of these conversions the back building was also constructed. Its rear facade forms a layout together with that of Zilverstraat 34. This is a spout gavel with shoulders halfway up. The property has been recently restored.
The property is of architectural importance as an example of a small, late medieval house and is also determining for the historical street character.
