Zeventiende eeuws pand van twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak, met de nok evenwijdig aan de rooilijn, met aanbouw.
Van oorsprong behorend bij een claustraal erf waarvan ook Kromme Nieuwegracht 51 deel uitmaakte, werd het in de 17e eeuw, na de openlegging van de immuniteiten, kennelijk daarvan afgesplitst en met een zelfstandig woonhuis bebouwd, vermoedelijk ter plaatse van een ouder koetshuis, waarbij de achteruitgang van het pand aan de Kromme Nieuwegracht werd overbouwd.
Dit woonhuis bestaat uit het voorhuis met kelder, twee bouwlagen en zadeldak, evenwijdig aan de rooilijn, met links achterin een spiltrap (later vervangen door een steektrap), en daarachter een aanbouw (vermoedelijk uit dezelfde tijd) onder aankapping.
Het pand is bouwhistorisch van belang en tevens van belang voor het historisch karakter van het Pieterskerkhof.

Description
Seventeenth-century building of two storeys under a gabled roof, with the ridge parallel to the building line, with an outbuilding.
Originally belonging to a claustral courtyard of which Kromme Nieuwegracht 51 was also part, it was in the 17th century, after the opening of the immunities, apparently separated from it and built with an independent residential building, presumably in place of an older coach house, whereby the rear part of the building on the Kromme Nieuwegracht was roofed over.
This residential building consists of the front building with cellar, two storeys and gabled roof, parallel to the building line, with a spiral staircase on the left at the rear (later replaced by a straight flight staircase), and behind it an outbuilding (presumably from the same period) under a roof attachment.
The building is of architectural-historical importance and also of importance for the historic character of the Pieterskerkhof.
