Omschrijving
Koetshuis behorende tot het claustrale erf van Kromme Nieuwegracht 39. Het betreft een stalgebouw op sterk gerende plattegrond van een bouwlaag met zolder. De smalle gevel heeft boven de poort een luikopening onder keperboog naar de zolder, waarin twee luiken. Hierboven zit een gevelsteen met alliantiewapens.
Het pand dateert uit de 18e eeuw, is van architectonisch belang en heeft grote historische waarde. Tevens is het van belang voor het karakter van het Pieterskerkhof.
Het pand Kromme Nieuwegracht 39 komt voor op de rijksmonumentenlijst en is een voormalig claustraal huis van Sint Pieter. Deze omschrijving is een aanvulling betreffende het koetshuis op de omschrijving van dit pand, gezien het belang hiervan voor de opzet van het oude claustrale erf.

Description
Coach house belonging to the claustral courtyard of Kromme Nieuwegracht 39. This is a stable building on a sharply sloping ground plan of one storey with loft. The narrow facade has above the gateway a hatch opening under a herringbone arch to the loft, with two shutters. Above this is a facade stone with alliance coats of arms.
The building dates from the 18th century, is of architectural importance and has great historical value. It is also important for the character of the Pieterskerkhof.
The building Kromme Nieuwegracht 39 appears on the National Monuments List and is a former claustral house of Sint Pieter. This description is an addition concerning the coach house to the description of this building, in view of its importance for the layout of the old claustral courtyard.
