Omschrijving
Een van oorsprong middeleeuws pand, in de 17e eeuw achter een gevel samengevoegd met Mariaplaats 9. Het pand bestaat uit twee bouwlagen met een kap evenwijdig aan de straat en een kelder.
Het middeleeuwse huis is van een eenvoudiger opzet geweest dan nr. 9. Hierdoor was het noodzakelijk bij het samenvoegen van de beide huizen in de 17e eeuw dit pand sterker te vergroten. De huidige opzet van het pand is hierdoor grotendeels 17e eeuws.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege zijn samenhang met Mariaplaats 9 en van architectonisch belang vanwege zijn markante ligging.

A building originally medieval, in the 17th century joined behind a facade with Mariaplaats 9. The building consists of two storeys with a roof parallel to the street and a cellar.
