Omschrijving
Ondiep middeleeuws huis, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen een kelder en een kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Het huis vormt een rij van drie panden met Mariastraat 30 en 32. Deze rij moet tot een complex gerekend worden met het poortgebouw Mariastraat 28 (reeds geplaatst op de Rijksmonumentenlijst). De middeleeuwse opzet van het pand is vrij gaaf bewaard. De voorgevel werd in de 19e eeuw vernieuwd.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang en tevens onderdeel van een complex van historische, in verband met de Zoudenbalch bezittingen in dit gebied, en architectonische waarde. Het pand is bepalend voor het historisch straatkarakter.

Description
A shallow medieval house, consisting of two storeys, a cellar and a roof parallel to the street.
The house forms a row of three buildings with Mariastraat 30 and 32. This row should be counted as a complex with the gatehouse Mariastraat 28 (already placed on the National Monument list). The medieval layout of the building is fairly well preserved. The front facade was renewed in the 19th century.
The building is of architectural importance and is also part of a complex of historical, in relation to the Zoudenbalch possessions in this area, and architectural value. The building is determining for the historic street character.
