In schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, uit ca. 1880 daterend, dubbel WINKELPAND met verdieping op rechthoekige plattegrond en onder met blauwe kruispannen gedekt schilddak; in het midden onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Voorgevel met dubbele, uit de bouwtijd daterende winkelpui afgesloten door fraai gesneden kroonlijst rustend op pilasters met gebeeldhouwde (o.a. mannenkop) natuurstenen bekroning; op de verdieping drie rechtgesloten T-vensters met blinden in getoogde vensternissen; uit de bouwtijd daterende dakkapel onder zadeldak tegen fronton. In de linker zijgevel van de achterbouw drie 4-ruits (verd.) en drie 6-ruits (b.g.) schuifvensters met blinden. Rechter zijgevel op b.g. gebosseerd gepleisterd en voorzien van venster met blinden in getoogde vensternis op verd. In de gepleisterde rechter zijgevel van de achterbouw twee l-ruits schuifvensters met blinden op de b.g. en op de verd. twee T-vensters, een (beglaasd) hijsluik en twee keperboogvensters met gietijzeren tracering. In de achtergevel een 6-ruits schuifvenster met luiken en deur met bovenlicht op de b.g. en getoogd venster met luik op de verd. Nummer 10 heeft een nog volledig uit de bouwtijd daterend, neorenaissance winkelinterieur met toonbanken en wandkasten langs drie zijden.

Description
Built in fine brickwork, dating from around 1880, double SHOP BUILDING with upper storey on rectangular plan and under covered with blue Dutch cross tiles hipped roof; in the middle under covered with red Dutch tiles gabled roof. Front facade with double shop front from the construction period closed by fine carved cornice resting on pilasters with carved (amongst others male head) natural stone crowning; on the upper storey three straight-lined T-windows with blinds in arched window openings; roof dormer from the construction period under gabled roof against pediment. In the left side gable of the rear building three 4-light (upper storey) and three 6-light (ground floor) sash windows with blinds. Right side gable on ground floor rusticated plastered and provided with window with blinds in arched window opening on upper storey. In the plastered right side gable of the rear building two 1-light sash windows with blinds on the ground floor and on the upper storey two T-windows, one (glazed) hoist window and two basket-arch windows with cast iron tracery. In the rear gable a 6-light sash window with shutters and door with fanlight on the ground floor and arched window with shutter on the upper storey. Number 10 has a completely original from the construction period neorenaissance shop interior with counters and wall cupboards along three sides.
