Omschrijving
PORTIERSWONING. Bij de toegangsbrug gelegen, deels onderkelderd, een verdieping hoog, op rechthoekige grondplan, opgetrokken in rode en gele baksteen, onder zadeldak met fraaie en rijk bewerkte windveren en gootlijsten in 'chaletstijl'.
Ingang aan de noordoostzijde. Aan zuidoostgevel op beganegrond-niveau twee rechthoekige vensters met luiken en keperboogvormige bovendorpel; in topgevel een idem zonder luik. Aan zuidwestgevel naar oprit gericht een aanbouw onder zadeldak met rijk bewerkte windveren, gootlijsten en makelaar in 'chaletstijl', met deur met 4-ruitsramen en aan de zuidoostzijde met venster met ruitvormige roedenverdeling. In de aanbouw van de portierswoning de stichtingssteen met de tekst :"Mattheus van Kempen 1893 (...)".

Description
LODGE. Located at the access bridge, partly cellared, one storey high, on rectangular ground plan, built in red and yellow brick, under a gabled roof with fine and richly worked verge boards and gutter lines in 'chalet style'.
Entrance on the northeast side. On the southeast gable at ground floor level two rectangular windows with shutters and segmental arch lintel; in the gable one likewise without shutter. On the southwest gable facing the driveway an extension under a gabled roof with richly worked verge boards, gutter lines and soffit in 'chalet style', with door with 4-pane windows and on the southeast side with window with diamond-shaped glazing bars. In the extension of the lodge the foundation stone with the text: "Mattheus van Kempen 1893 (...)".
