Aardig LANDHUIS (XIXc) onder schilddak en met gepleisterde gevels, waarin late Empire-ramen. Gelegen op een kleine hoogte, niet ver van de IJssel. Omgeven door hoog geboomte. Vanuit het huis mooi uitzicht op de toren van Zutphen.
