Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met aangebouwde STAART gebouwd in 1862 in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl. De boerderij is een voorbeeld van een hallehuistype met een middenlangsdeel. Opdrachtgever was Willem Willems Pinksterhuis, zijn initialen en die van Hendrikje Pinksterhuis Schoonvelde alsmede het jaartal staan vermeld in de neuten van de deuromlijsting.
Omschrijving
Boerderij met voorhuis en schuur opgetrokken in baksteen. Het voorhuis wordt gedekt door een met oud-hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak en heeft een symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met kwarthol ingezwenkte zijstukken en een eenvoudige daklijst; gebombeerde paneeldeur met pilasteromlijsting (neuten met initialen WPS; HPS en 1862) en bovenlicht met gesneden bovenlicht met pijlmotief; licht getoogde zesruitsschuiframen en vierruitsschuiframen op de verdieping. Zuidelijke zijgevel met onder meer keldervenster en bedstede ramen; deur met bovenlicht. Noordelijke zijgevel met onder meer keldervenster. De met riet gedekte schuur heeft een constructie met ankerbalkgebinten. De noordelijke zijgevel heeft mestdeuren en stalvensters; de zuidelijke zijgevel is deels vernieuwd en de achtergevel heeft onder meer een rechtgesloten baanderdeur met naastgelegen loopdeur met negenruits bovenlicht.
De aangebouwde staart heeft deels een gemetselde basis met steunberen en kent een gepotdekselde gevelopbouw. Constructie met ankerbalkgebinten; rieten schilddak met aan achterzijde een doorgetrokken pannendak.
