Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING. Deels onderkelderde witgepleisterde dienstwoning uit ca. 1910 op T-vormige grondslag, onder met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfeinden. Aan de zuidzijde bevindt zich een rechthoekige aanbouw onder een plat dak van recentere datum. Voor(noord-)zijde: centraal gelegen ingangspartij, bestaande uit een paneeldeur met getoogd 8-ruits venster en getoogd 16-ruits bovenlicht, die wordt voorafgegaan door een bordes van 2 treden met gele klinkers. Het bordes is van een overkapping voorzien, die in feite een voortzetting is van het dakschild aan deze zijde. De overkapping rust op een houten pijler. Direct rechts van de ingangspartij springt de gevel een stuk naar voren. In dit vooruitspringende gevelstuk beganegronds een schuifvenster met getoogd 8-ruits bovenlicht. Links van de ingangspartij een dubbel schuifvenster met getoogd 28-ruits bovenlicht. Rechts van de ingangspartij twee dubbele schuifvensters met getoogd 28-ruits bovenlicht. Op de eerste verdieping links een dubbel 18-ruits dakkapel en rechts een dubbel schuifvenster met 28-ruits bovenlicht. Rechter zijgevel: twee dubbele schuifvensters met getoogd 28-ruits bovenlicht met 28-ruits indeling. Deze gevel wordt in het midden door een uitgebouwde schoorsteen doorbroken. Linker zijgevel: aan de rechter zijde op de beganegrond en eerste verdieping een dubbel schuifvenster met getoogd bovenlicht met 28- ruitsindeling. Aan de linker zijde, alwaar de gevel onder een rechte hoek een stuk terug springt, op souterrain-niveau een 15-ruitsvenster en op de beganegrond een dubbel schuifvenster waarvan het bovenlicht recent is aangebracht. Op de beganegrond zijn de vensters aan deze drie gevels van luiken voorzien die met een rode zandloper op een wit fond en een groene rand zijn beschilderd. Ter hoogte van de bovendorpels van deze vensters, die door een bakstenen strek wordt bekroond, is aan deze gevels een bakstenen kordonlijst aangebracht. Aan de achterzijde is de woning links van een dubbele getoogde terrasdeur voorzien, met getoogde 2-ruitsvenster en een getoogd 28-ruits bovenlicht. Er voor een uitgebouwde open houten serre onder lessenaarsdak. Op de eerste verdieping een uitgebouwde dakkapel, die van later daum is en die geen monumentale waarde heeft. SERVANTS' DWELLING. Partly cellared whitewashed servants' dwelling from c. 1910 on a T-shaped base, under a gabled roof with half-hipped ends covered with red tiles. On the south side there is a rectangular extension under a flat roof of more recent date. Front (north) side: centrally located entrance section consisting of a panel door with arched 8-pane window and arched 16-pane fanlight, which is preceded by a flight of 2 steps with yellow bricks. The flight is provided with a canopy, which is in fact a continuation of the roof hipped section on this side. The canopy rests on a wooden pillar. Directly to the right of the entrance section the gable projects forward a section. In this projecting gable section on the ground floor a sash window with arched 8-pane fanlight. To the left of the entrance section a double sash window with arched 28-pane fanlight. To the right of the entrance section two double sash windows with arched 28-pane fanlight. On the first floor to the left a double 18-pane roof dormer and to the right a double sash window with 28-pane fanlight. Right side gable: two double sash windows with arched 28-pane fanlight with 28-pane glazing. This gable is interrupted in the middle by a projecting chimney. Left side gable: on the right side on the ground floor and first floor a double sash window with arched fanlight with 28-pane glazing. On the left side, where the gable springs back at a right angle, at basement level a 15-pane window and on the ground floor a double sash window of which the fanlight is recently added. On the ground floor the windows on these three gables are provided with shutters which are painted with a red hourglass on a white background and a green border. At the height of the upper sills of these windows, which is crowned by a brick course, a brick cordonline has been applied to these gables. At the rear the dwelling is provided on the left side with a double arched terrace door, with arched 2-pane window and an arched 28-pane fanlight. In front of it an extended open wooden conservatory under a lean-to roof. On the first floor an extended roof dormer, which is of later date and which has no monumental value. The same applies to the oblong rectangular extension on the right side of the rear gable.
