Omschrijving
Zuidoostelijke terraspartij.
Aan de zuidoostzijde aangelegde terraspartij op vijf niveaus, uitgevoerd in baksteen, waarbij op het laagste en het hoogste niveau een doorgaande terrasmuur is geplaatst met dwarse, gemetselde bloembakken, waartussen een lange houten zitbank, terwijl de drie tussengelegen terrassen telkens worden gemarkeerd door gemetselde bloembakken en een lange gemetselde stoep van drie treden; alle muren worden bekroond door een dubbele staand gestelde rollaag van strekken, waarin tevens een tandlijst is verwerkt. Aan weerskanten nabij een verbreding van het middenpad elk een soortgelijke, gemetselde plantenbak.
Aan de noordoostzijde van deze terraspartij bevindt zich op de heuveltop een in verwante trant uitgevoerde gemetselde bank, terwijl van de zuidwestelijke pendant slechts het fundament resteert.
Zuidoostelijke terraspartij met bijbehorende onderdelen deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407230 en als zodanig van belang.

Southeastern terrace section.
Terrace section laid out on the southeast side on five levels, executed in brick, whereby on the lowest and highest level a continuous terrace wall is placed with transverse, mortared planter boxes, between which a long wooden bench, while the three intermediate terraces are each marked by mortared planter boxes and a long mortared step of three treads; all walls are crowned by a double standing course of stretchers, in which a tooth moulding is also incorporated. On either side near a widening of the central path each a similar mortared planter.
On the northeast side of this terrace section there is on the hilltop a mortared bench executed in related fashion, while only the foundation remains of the southwest pendant.
