Vijverpartij.
In onregelmatige, doch bijna symmetrische, vorm, met twee smallere uiteinden aan de noordzijde en een grote uitwaartse buiging aan de zuidoostenzijde, aangelegde vijverpartij, voorzien van twee kunstmatige eilandjes met beplanting en van zacht glooiende, met gras begroeide oevers en palissade-beschoeiing. Bij het noordoostelijk uiteinde en onderaan de heuvel aan de oostzijde een grondduiker, en aan het noordwestelijk uiteinde aansluitend gesitueerd aan het pompgemaalgebouw.
Vijverpartij met bijbehorende onderdelen deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407230 en als zodanig van belang.

Pond laid out in an irregular yet nearly symmetrical form, with two narrower ends on the north side and a large outward curve on the southeast side, provided with two artificial islands with planting and gently sloping, grass-covered banks and palisade edging. A culvert at the northeast end and below the slope on the east side, and at the northwest end situated adjacent to the pump station building.
