Omschrijving
Vm. botenhuis bij de watersporthaven, Vreelandseweg 52, thans jachtwerf De Volharding.
Houten, gepotdekselde sporthavengebouw, in oorsprong bestemd als botenloods op bakstenen voet met én bouwlaag en kapverdieping onder hoog, overstekend zadeldak gedekt met rode pannen, waarbij de zuidgevel van twee door roeden onderverdeelde vensterreeksen boven elkaar is voorzien en de lange gevel aan de havenzijde van dubbele schuifdeuren. De overige gevels zijn blind.
Sporthavengebouw deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407244 en uitsluitend als zodanig van belang.
NB. De aangebrachte reclameborden vallen buiten de bescherming.

Description
Formerly boathouse at the water sports harbour, Vreelandseweg 52, now shipyard De Volharding.
Wooden sports harbour building with tar-paper covering, originally intended as boat shed on brick base with one storey and attic space under high, overhanging gabled roof covered with red tiles, whereby the south facade is provided with two rows of window sections divided by glazing bars above one another and the long facade on the harbour side of double sliding doors. The remaining facades are blank.
Sports harbour building forming part of the complex with national monument number 407244 and of significance only as such.
NB. The advertising boards fitted fall outside the protection.
