Omschrijving
Zuidelijke dienstwoning bij de watersporthaven, Vreelandseweg 60.
Op L-vormige grondslag met onder lessenaarsdak uitgebouwde schuur op de zuidwesthoek zonder verdieping gebouwde dienstwoning onder overstekend, met rode pannen gedekt schilddak met witgepleisterde van zesruitsvensters voorziene op een ongepleisterde plint. De ingang met cirkelvormig deurlicht bevindt zich in de westgevel, met links een vierledige vensterpartij. De oostgevel bevat een zevenledige vensterpartij; in beide korte gevels enkelvoudige vensters en in het schuurgedeelte smalle schuurvensters.
Dienstwoning, deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407244 en uitsluitend als zodanig van belang.

Southern service dwelling at the water sports harbour, Vreelandseweg 60.
Service dwelling erected on L-shaped ground plan with lean-to roof extended shed on the south-west corner without upper storey under overhanging, red-tile covered hipped roof with white-rendered walls provided with six-light windows on an unrendered plinth. The entrance with circular door light is situated in the west facade, with a four-light window section on the left. The east facade contains a seven-light window section; in both short facades single windows and in the shed section narrow shed windows.
Service dwelling, forming part of the complex with national monument number 407244 and of significance only as such.
