Omschrijving
Noordelijke dienstwoning bij de watersporthaven, Vreelandseweg 48.
Op rechthoekige plattegrond onder rood pannen zadeldak met overstek zonder verdieping opgetrokken dienstwoning met gepleisterde muren op ongepleisterde plint en voorzien van zesruitsvensters. In beide kopgevels in het midden een deur met cirkelvormig venster en twee vensters ter weerszijde, alsmede een smal tweelicht in de punttop. De noordgevel bevat een tienledige vensterpartij met tuindeur, terwijl de zuidgevel een zevenledige vensterpartij en twee gekoppelde vensters bevat. Aansluitend aan de linkerzijde een ingezwenkte, met witte tegels beklede tuinmuur en een in verwante trant opgetrokken tuinschuurtje. Dienstwoning met bijbehorende onderdelen, deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407244 en uitsluitend als zodanig van belang.

Northern service dwelling at the water sports harbour, Vreelandseweg 48.
Service dwelling erected on rectangular ground plan under a red tile gabled roof with overhang without upper storey with rendered walls on unrendered plinth and provided with six-light windows. In both gable facades in the centre a door with circular window and two windows either side, as well as a narrow two-light in the pointed apex. The north facade contains a ten-light window section with glazed door, while the south facade contains a seven-light window section and two coupled windows. Adjoining on the left side an angled garden wall clad with white tiles and a garden shed constructed in related manner. Service dwelling with adjoining components, forming part of the complex with national monument number 407244 and of significance only as such.
