Oostelijk woningreeks.
Symmetrisch opgezette, grotendeels in baksteen uitgevoerde woningreeks bestaande uit een teruggerooid middenblok van zes gespiegelde woningen met twee hoger opgetrokken, en meer naar voren uitgebouwde, woningen te weerszijden en onder een stompe hoek aansluitende zijvleugels van elk drie gespiegelde woningen onder dwars zadeldak met schild aan de uiteinden.
De bij de hoeken van het plein gesitueerde woningen hebben een a-symmetrisch zadeldak, waarvan het dakvlak aan de pleinzijde laag in de zijgevel geplaatste woning-ingang. Vensters en deuren bij renovatie gewijzigd.

Symmetrically arranged residential row executed largely in brick consisting of a set-back central block of six mirrored dwellings with two taller, and more forward-projecting, dwellings on either side and adjoining side wings at an obtuse angle, each of three mirrored dwellings under a transverse gabled roof with hipped roof at the ends.
The dwellings situated at the corners of the square have an asymmetrical gabled roof, with the roof plane on the square side sloping down to the dwelling entrance placed low in the side facade. Windows and doors altered during renovation.
