WOONGEDEELTE van een HOEVE, enigszins verhoogd gelegen, onmiddellijk in de buurt van de Zuidhavenpoort. Rechthoekig gepleisterd woonhuis onder pannen schilddak. Door verbouwingen verminkt doch de kenmerken vertonend van oude oorsprong. Voor het huis natuurstenen stoeptrap met ijzeren balie. De schuur die van later datum is en in slechte toestand verkeert, valt niet onder de bescherming.

RESIDENTIAL PART of a FARMHOUSE, situated somewhat elevated, immediately in the vicinity of the Zuidhavenpoort. Rectangular rendered dwelling house under tiled hipped roof. Though disfigured by alterations, showing characteristics of old origin. In front of the house natural stone stoep steps with iron railing. The barn, which dates from a later period and is in poor condition, is not under protection.
