Onderkelderd gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond (eerste helft negentiende eeuw) onder pannen schilddak en voorzien van gietijzeren goten op klossen. Het geheel is opgetrokken uit baksteen, is voorzien van een geteerde plint en hoekblokken, geschilderde. De gepleisterde achtergevel is uitgerust met vier muurnissen, waarvan de onderste twee getralied zijn en een strokendeur; de voorgevel is voorzien van twee vensters, waarboven het opschrift: DIJKSTOEL VAN SALLAND 3DE ROT. Description
Cellared building on rectangular plan (first half nineteenth century) under tiled hipped roof and equipped with cast-iron gutters on brackets. The whole is constructed of brick, provided with a tarred plinth and painted corner blocks. The plastered rear facade is fitted with four wall recesses, of which the lower two are barred and have a scored door; the front facade is provided with two windows, above which the inscription: DIJKSTOEL VAN SALLAND 3DE ROT. In the short gables double scored doors, rod anchors.
